Refunds and Returns
Refunds + Returns Overview:
At Dooley & Rostron, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're unhappy with it (excluding personalised or made-to-order items), you can return it for a refund or exchange, following these guidelines:
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of purchase.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- You're responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required for returns.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 days to your original payment method.
Exchanges:
We only replace defective or damaged items. Contact us at info@dooleyandrostron.com for exchange inquiries.
Gifts:
Gift returns will receive a gift credit once the item is returned. If the item wasn't marked as a gift, the refund will go to the gift giver.
Shipping Returns:
Return items to: Dooley & Rostron, 38 King St W, Manchester M3 2WZ. You're responsible for return shipping costs. Consider using a trackable shipping service for high-value items.
