Refunds + Returns Overview
At Dooley & Rostron, we want you to love the product you purchase from us. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the product (excluding personalised, made-to-order, or sale items), we are happy to help with either a refund or exchange, provided the following guidelines are followed:
Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase
Products must be unworn and in their original packaging
The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer
Proof of purchase is required with all returns
Sale Items – Final Sale
Please note that all sale items are final sale. This means that items bought on sale cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstance. Please ensure that you are completely satisfied with the product before proceeding with the purchase.
Refunds
After inspecting the product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund request. If the refund is approved, we will process the refund within 5-7 working days and will be made back to the original payment method.
Exchanges
We will replace the product if it is defective or damaged.
In the eventuality that you need to request an exchange due to a product fault, kindly contact us at info@dooleyandrostron.com before returning the product.
Gift
If the product was bought as a gift, the gift receipt will be issued once the return is approved.
In the eventuality that the product was not bought as a gift, the refund will be issued back to the purchaser.
